Yes I know, super old. It's March and here I am posting about a Christmas event. But I'm really proud of this video. Instead of making a sad gloomy "artistic" piece trying to focus on helping poor folks out, I wanted it to show the true energy of this event. No one is boo-hooing feeling sad for themselves. They are simply living. Thankful for every day they breathe and happy to receive any blessings they get. Kids running around playing in jumpers is mostly what you hear over the sound of busy Oakland street traffic. Reporters came out, along with local celebrities. I know I should be kicking myself for not staying long enough to get MC Hammer. But honestly, what is this event about? Giving toys to kids who may not get any at all for Christmas otherwise. Purpose was served. Our job is done here.
