Our next adventure was to interview one of the co-owners of PRESTIGE in Alameda, CA. A total Sneaker head heaven. Pretty much what they do is find rare and sought after sneakers and re-sell. They may of bought a very well kept pair of Jordan's from a sneaker head hard up for cash and cleaned them up, while some shoes are brand new. The shop stays busy as long as it's open. And their Instagram account stays flowing with new buys coming in that keeps sneaker heads wanting more.
From a behind the scenes stance though, these are a really cool down to earth group of guys that work this shop. They know when we come in, it's always a warm welcome. We pretty much get all of our shows here (yes even for women's shoes because men's shoes are better!).
Unfortunately I kind of wish I could have re-done some of the B roll scenes since at the time I didn't have a rig and good lens to give more depth in clarity with the shoe shots. But again, at I was just starting out and building out my equipment. More to always come, and always time to improve and get better.
